- All ground preparation including, leveling, compacting, filling, removal of old existing boarders etc must be completed prior to the commencement of works by Auskerbs.
- Auskerbs can provide services to complete ground preparations. This will be charged as additional costs to the customer.
- Existing turf can be removed by Auskerbs prior to commencement of works as agreed during quotation. Additional costs for discarding the turf will be at the customers expense if Auskerbs are requested to remove from property.
- Waste management and removal of surplus materials will be in accordance with Auskerbs Environmental Policy.
- Colour/pattern kerb includes the application of a final protective sealant. This charge is included in all quotations. It is recommended that customers apply a clear sealant 2 years after original sealant has been applied.
- Sealant will ensure continued protection and will maintain the vibrancy and cosmetic appeal of the colour/patterns.
- Reapplication of sealant is not completed by Auskerbs unless requested. If requested, this will be an additional charge payable by the customer.
